AddWater Alert works with most standard drip coffee makers that have an open-top water reservoir you fill by hand. It is not compatible with single-serve pod machines or espresso machines with sealed pressurised tanks.

No. AddWater Alert works completely offline. It alerts you locally with a flashing LED and audible beep — no app, no Wi-Fi, no subscription.
